To consider when your service or evaluation is currently in progress:
Prerequisites
- Monitoring and has taken place
- Data has been collected and analysed
- An evaluation plan (will make this process much easier)
What will this section allow me to do?
- Select appropriate evaluation outputs
- Organise evaluation findings appropriately for your audience
- Produce recommendations based on the evaluation
- Understand the findings and recommendations of evaluations
Why does this matter?
Evaluation is only useful if it results in action and therefore it must be clearly communicated to the people and organisations who can take that action
We know from participants in evaluation that they care what became of their contributions of data, time, and expertise
